Team BownBee is committed to dispatch all orders with good quality packaging within a span of 2 working days (excluding Sundays & Public holidays) under normal circumstances. We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Product(s) are delivered to end users in a timely fashion. To ensure that the order reaches in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed logistics companies.
- All products are shipped from the warehouse located in Gurugram, Haryana (India) to respective shipping address(s) provided by the user/customer/purchaser. As we endeavour to deliver our products all across India, we partner with third party courier services providers viz. Delhivery/Xpressbess/ FedEx /Blue Dart/ DTDC/ DHL. (“Courier Partners”) to effectuate delivery. Details of delivery partners will be provided to the users upon the purchased product being handed over to the delivery partner by BownBee.
- Users are to provide complete street address along with their pin code details at the time of placing the purchase order.
- Our orders are processed on week days i.e. from Monday to Saturday, excluding national or declared holidays.
- In case you book multiple products and services in one transaction, efforts will be made to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible. Furthermore, we process to only one shipping address per order, therefore, in case, any customer places an order of several items to be shipped to different address(es), each address shall be treated as a separate order.
- We do not ship to Post Office Box address(es) and do not take any responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case an order is delivered to P. O. Box and not received by the customer.
- Orders once confirmed cannot be edited/ modified/ or changed. However, we accept such requests for address change, made within 12 hours of placing the order or from order confirmation. For related concerns and queries, you may reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Keeping in view the ease of delivery, our courier partners will make three (3) delivery attempts at the address specified by the user or customer, and thereafter if the order/ package remains undelivered, our courier partners will intimate us regarding the said non-delivery.
- We aim to keep stock of all products listed on our website. In case you have made a custom order for a product that is unavailable it would take longer to deliver. We will make proactive attempts to communicate the User about the status of the order on his/her registered mobile number or email address.
- BownBee will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.
- Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may Email us your alteration request and the needful will be done.
- Currently option to have Multiple Address Order is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place multiple orders.
- Courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
- You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 3 -7 business days of placing the order.
- At times, due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. Refund, Returns, Replacement & Exchange would not be entertained in case of such scenarios. However, benefits such as Store Credit would be provided on a case-to-case basis. These can be used for future shopping on the site.
- Upon order confirmation, we provide the User a tracking number for the order via Email and SMS. Your orders can be conveniently tracked through the Online Tracking Facility on our website under “Track Order” in My Account section. BownBee has free shipping of all orders with selling price of more than INR 999 and non-refundable flat shipping rate of INR 99 for all orders less than INR 999 . The prices are all inclusive of taxes. Bownbee partners with third party logistic service providers separate and distinct from BownBee, to effectuate Product(s) delivery to end users. Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the order will be provided to the end user through Email & SMS along with the tracking number. The user will also be provided with an approximate date of delivery of the purchased Product(s) on the order confirmation page. The approximate date of delivery is merely an approximation based on the reputation of the third party Logistic Partner. BownBee shall not be liable for delay in delivery by third party Logistic Partners. BownBee may, in its sole discretion, effectuate delivery to customers on their own without engaging logistic partners.
Prior to making payments for the purchase of Product(s), the user will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the user should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with landmarks if any to aid delivery. BownBee shall not, under any circumstance, be liable for any failure in delivery of the purchased Product(s) arising out of the user’s failure to provide correct, complete and/or accurate information.
Order Delivery Timelines
Usually, orders are dispatched within 2 working days of the customer placing the order. However, in line with Govt. Guidelines for your state, delays might be experienced under certain circumstances. Upon the successful placing of an order and after BownBee has successfully handed over the purchased Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, the end user will receive a unique tracking identity number through email & SMS. The user may use the tracking number on the website of the Logistic Partner to check the status of the purchased Product(s) and the expected date of delivery. The user can also check the order on ‘My orders’ section of BownBee website.
Ordinarily, Most orders are delivered within 7 working days across India. A maximum of 3 (three) attempts shall be made to deliver order to the end user. Should the user continue to remain unavailable after 3 (three) attempts, BownBee reserves the right to cancel the order at its sole discretion. While BownBee shall make reasonable endeavours’ in ensuring that purchased Product(s) is delivered to its users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of
- Unsuitable weather conditions;
- Political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, Govt. directed lockdowns, etc.
- Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
In such events of delay, BownBee shall make reasonable attempt at proactively intimating the end user by writing to end user’s registered email account and/or mobile number. Further, BownBee shall be under no obligation to compensate the user for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise because of a delay in the shipment and delivery.
Return and exchange of purchased Product(s) shall be carried out by BownBee reverse-logistics partners, which are separate and distinct from BownBee. Please note that BownBee shall not be liable for any act(s) and/or omission(s) of such reverse logistics partners. What if I have received the product in damaged condition?
If you have received the Product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
