Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment has been dispatched.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You may still raise a return/exchange request after delivery.
  • To cancel your order, email us at care@bownbee.com with your order number.

Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Orders (India):
    Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. Delivery timelines vary based on location, typically between 3–5 business days.
  • International Orders:
    Delivery timelines vary by country. Customs duties and taxes, if any, are to be borne by the customer.
  • Delays:
    We make every effort to deliver on time, but BownBee is not liable for delays due to courier/logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, strikes, rainy days,  festive season delays).
  • Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your BownBee purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange.

Eligibility:

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags/packaging intact.
  • Not applicable for face masks, footwear, accessories, clearance/sale items, and custom-made orders.

Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange:

  • Damaged item received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Wrong size delivered
  • Genuine size/fit issues
  • Quality concerns

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery in case of damage/incorrect item. WhatsApp us at +91 9289510077 with product images and shipping label.
  • Please clearly mention your Order Number on the return package.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the product is received back and verified at our warehouse.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method (or store credit, if chosen). In case of COD, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit (not cash). Customers must provide bank details.
  • For exchanges with lower-priced items, the balance is credited to your BownBee wallet/store credit.
  • Rs. 100/- per return request will be deducted as shipping/handling charges.
  • Non-delivery/failed delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated missed attempts, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after verification and receiving the returned item in the warehouse.
  • International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Reverse Pickup & Shipping Costs

  • The first return/exchange request is eligible for free reverse pickup.
  • For subsequent exchanges on the same order, customers must bear INR 100 per pickup and delivery.

Product Disclaimer

  • Embroidery & Handwork: Minor irregularities are not considered defects as they are part of handcrafted charm.
  • Color Variation: Actual product color may differ due to lighting, photography, or display settings.
  • Sizing: Measurements may vary slightly due to fabric and style differences. Please check our size chart before ordering.
  • Wash Care: Follow care instructions on garment tags. We are not responsible for damage due to incorrect washing/handling.
