1) WHERE DO WE SHIP AND WHAT ARE THE CHARGES?
We ship to most pincodes within India. We ship orders above Rs.1,500 free of cost. Orders below that amount are charged with a shipping fee of Rs. 99
2) HOW DO I ORDER?
Follow simple steps and get the best products delivered to your doorstep. Since all products will be sealed as per the manufacturer, you can be assured of best quality.
Have a look at the wide range of products that we have. All products are segregated in categories like Girls, Boys, Infants, Accessories, footwear, Ethnic, Casual.
You can either search by product name and type, you can also browse each category and click on buy now from the products page.
All purchases are stored in your shopping cart.
From the shopping cart you can continue to purchase products by checking out and selecting your preferred mode of payment. We have tied up with all credit card companies and banks to make paying easy for you.
You need to follow the payment instructions. Input your billing and shipping address and choose your preferred mode of payment.
You can either register or make a payment as a guest. We are against spamming and will not share you contacts with anyone.
Please note that we only accept orders above Rs. 100. If your shopping cart total is less that Rs. 100 you will not be able to checkout.
3) ANY HIDDEN TAXES OR CHARGES?
None at all. All taxes - VAT for products and service charges for deliveries and services are included in the rates mentioned. You can also see taxes paid in your invoice.
4) WHOLESALE ENQUIRIES
If you own a business and are interested in carrying our products please visit the Wholesale Enquires link on the front page and contact us through mail.
5) WHAT IS 'MY ACCOUNT' ?
How do I update my information?
It is easy to update your BownBee account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'. 'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on BownBee. Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids, change your password and track the status of your orders.
6) HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the BownBee team confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.
You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.
7) CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT THAT IS 'OUT OF STOCK'?
Unfortunately, products listed as 'Out of Stock' are not available for sale.
8) HOW DO I CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDERS?
You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section
In the My Account page, click on the 'My Orders' link to view the status of all your orders. To view the status of a specific order, click on the 'Order Number' link.
